Recently, I started a blog about the use of spatial information in Business Intelligence. That blog is intended to make some sense of this strange commodity that spatial information is, considered from the perspective of the BI-specialist. That blog is aimed strictly at the BI-community.
Eversince, I've had several new ideas for posts that were likely to be better off in a blog dedicated to the GIS-community. So I just started one ;-)
This blog won't contain any great philosophy. It will just be a collection of random suggestions about the use of GIS related technology to solve day-to-day problems. Maybe they will help you scratch some itch.
And it won't be aimed at any particular technology stack. As a GIS specialist, I'm using all the tools I can get my hands on, which is a mixture of commercial and open source. After all, it is about providing solutions.
